Naked is now generally available. New orders will ship 1-2 weeks after your order is placed. You will receive tracking information for your device as soon as your unit is scanned for delivery by FedEx.

Naked will arrive in 2 boxes. The first box, containing the mirror, will be 70.2 x 16.3 x 6.5 inches and weighs 32.8 lbs. The second box, containing the turntable, will be 18.6 x 17.9 x 5.7 inches and weigh approximately 32 lbs.
Yes. Naked is packaged for air transport.
At this time, we are fully focused on fulfilling our existing pre-orders. Because orders to our international customers will need to clear the certifications, customs, and tax processes for each respective country, we’ve decided to limit new orders to US customers. We may consider opening up orders to international customers in the future.

If you live in the US, the mirror will be connected to a 110v grounded outlet via a 3-prong grounded cable. If you move to an international country, Naked should work with a standard adapter. However, we cannot guarantee that a scanner purchased for the United States will work perfectly with foreign electricity because the voltage will not be certified for this use.
