You can cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund of your deposit at any point until we ship. After we ship, if you are not satisfied with Naked, you can return the device within 30 days for a full refund (although we are not able to cover return shipping costs).

As a reminder, please hold onto your original packaging, as you will need it to ship the device back to us in the event of a return or repair.
Naked comes with a one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
Some of the most important points for you:
– Your Naked is under warranty for 2000 scans (or one year, whichever comes first). We will cover shipping and repair costs for any problems related to the manufacturing of the product.
– We will not cover user-caused damage, but you will have the opportunity to have your device repaired if you are willing to pay for shipping and the cost of the repairs.
– After your warranty has expired, we will continue to service your device if needed, but you will be responsible for shipping/repair costs.

Like most other tech devices, if your Naked breaks when you are outside of your Warranty (or if you or someone else causes damage to your Naked), you can still send it to us for repairs, but you will be responsible for shipping and handling, as well as the cost of the repairs.
In the event that you encounter any issues with your Naked that fall outside of your Warranty coverage, please contact email@example.com. If we are unable to resolve the problem and you'd like us to take a look, we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label. Please be aware we may ask to put a hold on your credit card for the cost of shipping before you can ship your device back. You'll need to repack your Naked in the original box, so please hold onto it when you receive your scanner.
Once we receive your Naked, we will evaluate the device and contact you to give you an estimated cost for the repairs and receive your consent before proceeding.
In the event that you encounter any issues with your Naked, simply contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If we are unable to resolve the problem and your device is covered under our Warranty, we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label. You'll need to repack your Naked in the original box.
Once we receive your Naked, we will evaluate the device and contact you for consent if repairs or replacement are necessary. If your device is found to have no faults or to have user-caused damage, the Warranty will not be applicable, and you'll need to pay return shipping.
We went through numerous rounds of pre-production and local and in-home beta testing in order to avoid such issues but, if any bugs or problems arise, we are able to update your firmware/software remotely to alleviate the issue at hand.
