A full-length, WiFi/Bluetooth Low-Energy (BLE) connected mirror, a BLE-enabled rotating scale, and a free app (iOS and Android).
The mirror is about 5'3" tall and 15" wide. You need approximately 4 feet of room in front of the mirror to use the scale, and it can be docked against the base in between uses.
Yes, you will need a WiFi connection.
No. A smartphone is required to display all of your information.
Naked’s turntable can measure weights up to 330 lbs.
The maximum user height is 6 foot 6 inches (198 cm). The minimum user height is 3 feet 3 inches (100 cm).
You can find the Naked app in the iOS app store as well as the Play Store. The Naked app works on iPhone's running iOS 11 and 12. The Naked Android app is supported on certain Android devices including Google Pixel2/2XL, Samsung Galaxy S8/S8+, Samsung Galaxy S9/S9+. The minimum Android OS required is 8.0. The app not been fully tested for functionality on Android devices other than those listed above. It is usable on many unsupported devices, but you may experience issues that prevent you from scanning, viewing scans or other key features. We are working to expand the list of supported devices and welcome your feedback.
Yes! You will be able to select which measurement system you would like to use in the Naked app.
Right now Naked only comes with a matte black finish on the mirror and a white scale. If you have suggestions for colors or finishes you'd like to see, please email suggestions@nakedlabs.com.
Currently, your Naked can be used by as many people as you want. To add a new user, there is no process other than having the person download the app and connect to your device in order to scan. It is very important that every user have his or her own account – the information we collect during account creation like height, sex, etc. factors into your body fat calculation.
While we have previously expressed the intent for a 6 user limit, we have no intention at the moment to enforce that limit in the near future. We want to encourage as many people as possible to try Naked. Happy scanning!
While Naked was designed to be a consumer device, we allow our users to scan and store as many profiles as they would like. Because we originally built this product for the home, using Naked in a commercial setting, especially a large one, is something we do not recommend.
If you do choose to use Naked in a commercial way, please keep in mind our warranty lasts for one year or 2,000 scans, whichever comes first. You can read more about our warranty here.

To scan someone else besides yourself, you will just need to have that person download the Naked app and create their own account. Once their account has been created, they should select "Take your first scan." The Naked app will go through each step including pairing with your scanner.
It's important for each user to make their own account, as height and sex play an important role in our algorithms.
No, you can wear whatever you are comfortable with, but for best results, we recommend underwear or compression shorts for men. Women can wear underwear or spandex and bra. Whatever is exposed is measured.
There's no set rule for when to scan, but we recommend getting scanned once a week in order to capture changes in your body. That being said, the more that you get scanned, the more insights we can provide you about your body.
